About Me

I’m the founder of the North Hampshire Clinic. Before becoming a Psycho-sexual & Relationship Therapist I helped hundreds of clients with their fears, phobias, career paths, illnesses, finances, spirituality, sports performance, anxiety, depression, weight loss, addictions, anger, guilt, childhood wounds, the list really is endless. Strangely though, very few clients ever came to see me for help for sexual issues.

Exploration of this revealed that therapists, GPs and other health professionals don’t usually ask whether their client’s sexual functioning or relationship is impaired by the issues they are currently seeking help for. How terribly ‘British’ of us!

Hence my decision to bridge the gap and meet a growing need. After completing my post graduate diploma training, and now a specialist in this field, I decided to open the North Hampshire Clinic in Basingstoke, where we specialise in psychosexual therapy, relationship counselling, anxiety and trauma.

Approach

I have always had a very healthy outlook on sex and I don’t have any trouble talking about it. I am able to be very open and candid with my clients, and because of this, I find that they very quickly feel at ease.

I approach my work with kindness, empathy and humour, where it’s appropriate. I offer a non-judgemental, safe environment for you to explore your sexuality, your relationships and the problems that they may bring.
