About me and my work
Hi I’m Simone and I see clients Online and in Herts and Bucks. You are the teller of your own story and I am not here to analyse, judge or fix you. Therapy can be a useful way to make sense of overwhelming emotions, find more balance and understand ourselves and our experiences better. I work with individuals and with couples in many areas such as depression, anxiety, self harm, relationship conflicts, work stresses, chronic illness, communication, sexual issues, family relationships, trauma, emotional & sexual abuse and more.
I work with each client to understand them and their lives from their own viewpoint or frame of reference. I offer an inclusive practice that is respectful of your identity, culture, beliefs and personal choices, and I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative, Sex positive, Chemsex aware and Sex worker aware therapist.
I strive to help my clients understand and accept their own unique and individual place in the world in order to make the decisions and choices that are right for them in their own lives.
Your life, in your words, in your time.
I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to talk about the issues we face, especially if we have kept them to ourselves for a long time. For this reason, I work with you at your own pace and this gives you an opportunity be in control of the counselling process which in turn can empower you to make choices about the rest of your life with confidence.
